This popular bar/cafeteria with its large sunny front terrace is situated on one of the main entertainment streets in this popular lively resort and opens from April to October, serving drinks and hot and cold bar snacks to mainly British, Irish and Dutch tourists that visit the resort each year. The bar has undergone extensive refurbishment and redecoration recently, including new terrace furniture and kitchen equipment.
The front terrace is accessed from the street and seats 80 people on wicker style chairs. Also on the terrace are two pool tables, and football and boxing machines, which generate serious amounts of money throughout the season.
New retractable glazed doors lead into the bar area which has been redecorated in a deep red with stained wooden panelling to half the walls. Seating for an additional 54 people on bar stools and wooden chairs. Two further wall mounted colour televisions, with satellite connections and another pool table are provided for customer's entertainment.
The solid wood topped bar is equipped with three bottle coolers, beer dispensing equipment, electronic cash register, good quality hi fi system and double sink unit. Alongside the bar is a storage area with an upright freezer and beyond this is the tiled kitchen which includes griddle, double fryer, two burner hob, extraction system, microwave, toaster, food slicer, domestic fridge and chest freezer. To the rear of the bar are two fully tiled public washrooms.
A ramp alongside the premises leads to a basement storage area used to store the barrels and gas bottles.

Location
The business is located on one of the principal entertainment streets in the resort amongst other music bars, restaurants and shops, with plenty of passing trade both day and night. A large, mainly British, holiday complex is situated 100 metres from the premises with the road from this complex to the beach and resort centre passing the business. Several other hotels and apartment complexes are within a short distance and many major tourist attractions are easily reached.
